Katy Perry or at least someone somewhat resembling her features on December's Harper's Bazaar USA. I gotta say I don't know what Harper's Bazaar USA does to women but their real beauty is never shown. Seriously this is an intensely bad cover. Not happy. The spread looks hot, and is true to Katy but this cover... there is no love. On another note congrats Katy for your recent marriage to Russell
