Teresa Scanlan, Miss Nebraska became Miss America at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. She turns 18 next month and is the youngest person to win in a long time. Some people don’t like the pageant because it has an image of being more than it is. Its not meant to be all things to all people and no one person represents America. It just is what it is and there’s nothing wrong with that. Teresa is a cutie.
