When an action, a gift, a sacrifice is so priceless how can the receiver really show gratitude without totally embarrassing the giver. Simply by saying Thank You. Remembering a birthday or anniversary. Inquiring about the welfare and health of the kids and family. Magazines, books, DVD's and snacks when bed rest is what the Dr. ordered. A gift card to a favorite restaurant, movie rental store or maybe a gift certificate for a pedicure when she is too big to see her feet. Little gestures make a huge impact. It makes a person feel valued. And later....a card and a photo, an e-mail with an update, a telephone call with a little hello on the other end...just to let someone special know...that they always will be appreciated.
