Her boyfriend were arrested on suspicion of DUI..

On March 1, 2011, Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend were arrested on suspicion of DUI and public intoxication in West Hollywood.

According to a Sheriff's spokesman, Aguilera "was not capable of taking care of herself. She didn't really understand where she was, she didn't even know where she lived."

Christina Aguilera was later released on bail and no charges were filed. Although the L.A. Sheriff's office stated Aguilera's mug shot would not be released to the public, E! News obtained the mug shot which circulated social networks and the media shortly after her release.

Christina Aguilera signed to become a coach and judge on the Mark Burnett created singing competition The Voice.

The show is set to air on NBC from April 2011, and it will also star musicians Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Cee Lo Green as judges and coaches; as well as host Carson Daly.
