30 Rock star Tina Fey lands the April cover of InStyle USA. Looking very bright in pink and purple, Fey is a standout on the cover literally. I think all in all though the cover is a bit plain. The cover doesn't really scream 'buy me', however the preview of her spread begs to differ. Fey looks smoking hot in the spread preview so there is hope!
