Blake Lively - Appearing twice on the list this week out promoting her latest flick 'The Green Lantern' Lively attended the WonderCon 2011 in a black Carven mini dress with a white bustier, and at the 2011 CinemaCon she wore a white look from Dolce & Gabbana's Spring 2011 collection.
